Tonight, I write this short guide on how to "install" LADSPA effects, sound effects, which are mainly used in music production. Since I am not a musician I do not care the least of these "tools", but someone might come in handy in one of my favorite programs, Cinelerra.
How to install the effects.
To add effects to your PC, just install it via APT-GET. Open a terminal screen (Applications ---> Accessories ---> Terminal) and enter these two commands:
sudo apt-cache search-ladspa
-sudo apt-get install jack-rack blop swh-plugins cmt
In this way, we installed on our PCs is a real mix of fact, about four hundred, to be used in any program.
"Say" in Cinelerra where are these new arrivals.
To say to our Cinelerra where reside all of our products LDASPA enough that we give the command, again via the terminal (Applications ---> Accessories ---> Terminal):
LADSPA_PATH-export = / usr / lib / ladspa
Now if we open Cinelerra with "cinelerra" from the terminal and go to "resource" we find several effects. Et voila!
