TEAM BUILDING

REALLY FEEL THE SAME BOAT

Exit classic classroom training environment to test the field new ways of working in teams: the outdoor training is a methodology of learning articulated in locations that provide engaging experiences, emotionally and practically, in which people are completely immersed in an unusual context that goes beyond the traditional patterns of working life. This type of educational training uses real-life situations, concrete and emotionally intense, to bring people into contact with new and complex problems.
Last May, following the "tip" the novelist E. Hemingway - who wrote "If you want that people see things differently, put them in an environment 'where they have never been" - and thinking about an allocation inspired by the same author - the "sea" in completion of the training course "Ch'ang Management and Team Building" sponsored ECIP (with the assistance of the Province of Forlì-Cesena), which was attended by 10 entrepreneurs Forlì - has experienced the team building a sailboat.

La barca a vela si è ben prestata alla costruzione di legami between people and the development of a sense of belonging to the team. Moreover, it enabled participants to develop skills, abilities and behaviors helpful for improving the performance of individuals within a working group task-oriented but at the same time attentive to the reports.
