The church hierarchy between sin and crime 
Five years ago, our Joseph Ratzinger exclaimed: "How much filth there is in Church, and even among those who, in the priesthood, should belong entirely to Christ! ". In light of these facts last few days it seems that This " dirt" was linked to pedophilia of the prelates. The question now is how many of these have been punished? In this article I will give you an answer, drawing on information from newspapers such as the famous New York Times. According to almost all the newspapers, the priests were never punished, and they were able to repeat their sexual obsessions on other children, who were often handicapped. Also according to the newspapers, Wojtyla and Ratzinger instead of giving public authorities or excommunicate those clergy, preferred to move quickly from one parish to another. Where obviously repeating their crimes, plus "penalty" only canonical, however. Rightly, one wonders how it is possible that all of these cases have remained in the shadows all this time and now, "sine causa" all start talking. There are two reasons that explain this phenomenon that is slowly dismantling the church from within:

In taluni affari di
maggiore importanza si richiede un particolare segreto,
che viene chiamato segreto pontificio e che dev’essere
custodito con obbligo grave... Sono coperti dal segreto
pontificio...” e qui seguono numerosissimi casi, tra i quali
due fattispecie in entrambe le quali rientrano i casi di
pedofilia ecclesiastica . Il punto 4 (“le denunce
extra-giudiziarie di delitti contro la fede e i costumi, e di
delitti perpetrati contro il sacramento della penitenza,
come pure il processo e la decisione riguardanti tali
denunce”) e il punto 10 (“gli affari o le cause che il
Sommo Pontefice, il cardinale preposto a un dicastero e
i legati della Santa Sede considereranno di importanza
tanto grave da richiedere il rispetto del segreto
pontificio”).
Ora un'altra domanda da farsi è: Chi doveva attenersi a questo motu proprio del papa?
1) I cardinali, i vescovi, i prelati
superiori, gli officiali maggiori e minori, i consultori, gli
esperti e il personale di rango inferiore, cui compete la
trattazione di questioni coperte dal segreto pontificio; 2)
I legati della Santa Sede e i loro subalterni che trattano le
predette questioni, come pure tutti coloro che sono da
essi chiamati per consulenza su tali cause; 3) Tutti coloro
ai quali viene imposto di custodire il segreto pontificio in
particolari affari; 4) Tutti coloro che in modo colpevole,
avranno avuto conoscenza di documenti e affari coperti
dal segreto pontificio, o che, pur avendo avuto tale
informazione senza colpa da parte loro, sanno con
certezza che essi sono ancora coperti dal segreto
pontificio”
In pratica tutti sapevano, ma nessuno rivelava nulla, per paura di essere scomunicato. Ora, supponiamo che il segreto da custodire sia il reato di pedofilia commesso da alcuni preti. Nessuno può parlare e loro possono continuare a perseverare le loro manie sessuali e le autorità giudiziarie non possono sapere niente, semplicemente perfetto. Sono passati ben trentasei anni dal documento di Villot, ma questo è ancora in vigore. Il giuramento come si vede ha funzionato e la chiesa sembrerebbe non avere in mano un straccio di denuncia di un prete pedofilo da mostrare alle autorità.
Qualcuno,senza malafede ovviamente ,sostiene che questi casi siano all a stunt to disrupt the power of Ratzinger and that all priests have been punished, but the facts do not seem to give Oakland the same impression:

Other cases are easily noticed. We must however be emphasized that the Catholic Church and the Vatican are working to compensate victims and provide them with a team of psychologists per superare il trauma. Insomma un brutto periodo per la chiesa o meglio per la chiesa gerarchica.
